    If you can relate to the "Ohhh Yeahhh!" scene with the Ferrari in Ferris Buehller's Day Off, then read on and enjoy the photos.  If that scene didn't do anything for you, may I suggest you test drive a roadster at your earliest convenience.  If driving one doesn't do it for you either, well then, I guess you needn't bother to bookmark this page.
    I've had a love for roadsters since I was 9 years old, when my brother-in-law drove up in a TR3.  When I was 14, I had a friend whose father (Pete) raced Triumph Spitfires and MG Midgets on the circle track and at local rallies.  One day, Pete let me run the course and I've been hooked ever since.  Needless to say that first circuit around the track wasn't my last.
    I switched to motorcycles for a number of years as they were much more economical to build and race.  This left more of my finances free for my other favorite pastime, aviation.  But in 1992 I was struck from behind by an 18 wheeler while stopped in traffic on the freeway (go figure).  No more motorcycles or airplanes for me!  So I have returned to my first love.  ROADSTERS!
    A roadster is not just a car.  It is an extension of one's very being.  It is not meant just to be driven until next years lineup arrives at the dealer so you can trade it in.  The roadster is a part of the self.  And as such it evolves with the self.  It is meant to be enjoyed well past the point  where it becomes a classic.  The goal of maintaining a vehicle for 25+ years is in most cases a phenomenal task, e.g. any English sports car.  Been there, done that.
    Then comes the Miata.  I purchased my Miata in 1992 and it is still evolving.  The following is the "parts list" of my project as it stands in it's current state of flux.  It is a project that will never be complete.  It will always evolve.
